Alicia is an experienced Court of Protection and Probate paralegal and joined the team in July 2019. Alicia studied a foundation degree in Public Service Management before joining the team and is now working towards qualifying as a CILEX lawyer.
Her caseload includes making applications to the Court of Protection and liaising with the appropriate organisations such as DWP, local authority and the NHS/CCG to ensure clients are receiving the correct benefits and care and support. Alicia also has experience with investigating financial abuse matters and assisting with the management of clinical negligence awards.
